Terms applicable to the sale of the “Carbon Footprint” module and related services.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order of the “Carbon Footprint” module for PrestaShop, as well as related services (support, audit, installation, setup). Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products and services

The “Carbon Footprint” module is a software module intended for the PrestaShop platform.

It enables the display and calculation of carbon footprint information throughout the customer journey.

  • Compatibility audit (theme / checkout)
  • Installation and configuration
  • Technical support and fixes
  • Specific custom work (quote on request)

4. License

The module is sold as a non-exclusive user license.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The license is valid for one store
  • Resale, redistribution, or making it available to third parties is prohibited
  • The code remains the exclusive property of the publisher

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€). Payment is due in full upon order.

If applicable, VAT may not apply under the micro-business regime (French tax code article 293B).

6. Delivery / availability

The module is provided in digital form (downloadable file or access). No physical delivery is performed.

Availability timeframes are provided for information purposes only.

7. Support and maintenance

Technical support is included for 30 days from the purchase date.

Support covers:

  • Bug fixes
  • Compatibility updates
  • Email assistance

Feature enhancements or specific custom work are subject to a separate quote.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase once performance has begun with the customer’s consent.

9. Liability

The publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, or incompatibilities due to a specific non-compliant environment.

10. Personal data

Any personal data that may be collected is processed in accordance with the website privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
